张熠，上海财经大学公共经济与管理学院副院长、教授、博士生导师，入选教育部国家级人才计划青年学者、民革中央社会和法治委员会委员、虹口区政协委员。主要研究方向为社会保障理论和公共经济学，主持多项国家级和省部级课题以及国家级一流课程。在《经济研究》《管理世界》《经济学季刊》等权威期刊发表论文数十篇。研究成果获得“第九届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖”“全国财政理论优秀成果奖”，连续多次获得“上海哲学社会科学优秀成果奖”。荣获宝钢优秀教师奖、上海市五一劳动奖章、上海市教学能手、上海财经大学教书育人标兵、上海市晨光学者、申万宏源奖教金特等奖等荣誉称号。

讲座简介：

Utilizing data from a randomized vaccination trial among elderly COPD patients in China, this study explores a psychological causal relationship between health status and happiness. The results highlight a substantial improvement in both domains, notably associated with reduced reliance on elderly care services and an increased Self-perceived Value. This psychological impact, exceeding the direct physical effect by 4.31 times, and is observed to be hedonically adaptable by the patients. These findings validate the narrative critique proposed byLoewenstein & Ubel (2008), emphasizing the need to expand evaluation dimensions in public policy for a more comprehensive assessment of welfare effectiveness, moving beyond the sole reliance on decision utility or experience utility.
